Monday-Wednesday,
June 19-21, 9am-4pm
Oil $495
This 3 day workshop will consist of 2 plein air days in some of Cape Cod's beautiful gardens, and one studio day. As you paint outdoors Kathy will show you how to simplify a garden scene with big shapes and a strong block in. The studio day will focus on how to design a floral still life that has a fresh and natural look with lots of movement. Students then will set up their own still lifes in the afternoon. You'll talk about how to finish the painting using digital images, or how to set up again at home.
