CF4417Anthem: Time is Running Out to Opt-Out of Online Billing and Payment

On May 1, 2017, beginning with the June bills, Anthem will start issuing invoices and accepting premium payments online through EmployerAccess.

How Clients Can Opt-Out
They need to send an email with "Opt Out" in the subject line to [email protected]. Anthem will need their group number, contact name, email address, phone number, and reason for opting out.
