Picture packages were sent home with students today who purchased these in September.  In addition, every student was given a picture proof in case you forgot to purchase picture earlier and want to buy pictures now.  Please follow the directions on the proof to purchase pictures through the online process with Life Touch.  Picture make-ups will take place for new students, students who were absent on the original picture day, or students who purchased a package and want to request a retake on October 30.  Please ask your Bronco to see their picture information tonight so they don't get lost forever in the black hole we refer to as a book bag.

As we end first quarter and begin second quarter, students will all now be required to get their agenda signed on a weekly basis to ensure that parents see their grades and assignments.  Students will receive a signature if this is not completed by Thunder time on Monday when we switch out behavior sheets.  Our Broncos write down their grades and assignments every Monday during Thunder Time and will have all week to get a parent signature in their agenda.  Hopefully, you are monitoring their grades and assignments weekly already so this should be a simple checkpoint for students to ensure that we all work together to keep them on track.

Finally, our Leader In Me Habit for November is "Begin with the end in mind", which is certainly relevant as we start quarter 2 and look to set some goals based on our first quarter performance.  Students can also share with you their new online data tracker and how they will use this each week to keep up with their progress and goal setting.  Please look for more information about Leader In Me to start coming weekly in the Bronco Times.
