More than 75 percent of men -- and 55 percent of women -- believe men are best suited to high-stakes projects, according to research on "The Importance of the Unstereotyped Mindset" by Unilever. CEO Keith Wood shared his insights on the impact of gender inequality alongside Facebook CEO Sheryl Sandberg at the World Economic Forum in Davos. A recent PricewaterhouseCoopers study cites U.S. CEOs as leaders in workplace transformation, with 94 percent saying they promote talent diversity and inclusiveness, compared to 87 percent of CEOs globally.
