After hearing a presentation about the collaborate studios and understanding the benefit of synergy that comes from effective collaborative efforts, they acted in direct response and have endowed a fund to support The PAC College of Architecture Prize!

The theme of the contest is sacred architecture in Senegal (Africa), in fact the name of the competition is "Kaira Looro Competition" (Architecture for Peace "in Mandinka language). The initiative has two objectives: the development of research in architecture on issues of social emergencies and sustainable architecture, and contributing to a humanitarian emergency in Senegal that our organization wants to solve, in fact competition all entries will be entirely donated to the humanitarian project "A Bridge for life" which aims to improve living conditions 80,000 people in emergency.

Arch Out Loud is hosting the first international architecture competition addressing the global epidemic of human trafficking.

The Leicester B. Holland Prize is an annual competition that recognizes the best single-sheet measured drawing of an historic building, site, or structure prepared by an individual(s) to the standards of the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS), Historic American Engineering Record (HAER), or the Historic American Landscapes Survey (HALS).

For the 8th annual HALS Challenge, they invite students and professionals to document a historic city or town park. People from every state are hereby challenged to complete at least one HALS short format history to document these beloved resources. Preservation Through Documentation!

2017 Sustainable Versatility Design Competition
NELMA’s design competition for student architects and interns for 2017 is well underway. This is the 6th year that NELMA has offered this unique architecture and design student challenge; a no-fee competition that engages students in a design dialogue about sustainability and design using wood products as a contemporary construction material.

Attention Students:
The Undergraduate Creative Activities and Research Experience (UCARE) program provides undergraduate researchers the opportunity to learn from faculty mentors and engage in research and creative projects during the summer and academic year and receive a $2,400 stipend. Students with 30-120 credit hours and a cumulative GPA of 2.75 by the end of the spring 2017 semester are encouraged to apply.

Steven Myron Holl Foundation Summer Architecture Fellowship Rural Compression
Selected applicants participate in a 25 day intensive studio program while residing at the Fellow's Cabin, scenically located on T2 Reserve, a 30-acre property in Rhinebeck, New York.
The fellowship is geared to challenge the participants' ability to think and design critically, while working site-specific to Dutchess County and the Rhinebeck ecology.

The Enterprise Rose Architectural Fellowship is an opportunity for architectural designers to gain meaningful experience in the field of community development.
