Joey talked about how she is learning not to plan her life, but to live in the moment. Her life probably won't be perfect, she explained, but that's okay because we're driven by what we haven't yet achieved.

Dayna discussed how her fear of messing up can often create unnecessarily embarrassing situations and how she has learned to create balance in her life. Lorelle recounted some embarrassing moments, explaining that in telling these stories she is reclaiming herself and choosing not to be embarrassed any longer.
