From our friends at Feeding America...
Poverty and hunger in America often go hand in hand, but they are not the same. Poverty is not the ultimate determinant of food insecurity - rather, it's one of many associated factors.
Poverty and Hunger Fact Sheet.
Feeding America's mission is to
feed America's hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks and engage our country in the fight to end hunger.
CROS partners with two food banks serving Palm Beach County, Feeding South Florida/Palm Beach County and the Palm Beach County Food Bank.

Gifts of Hope
This holiday season give a Gift of Hope. Help CROS feed the hungry not only over the holidays, but throughout the year. Every gift will make a difference in the life of a hungry child, parent, senior, and homeless individual.
Your gift of hope will help someone like Sam.
Sam never anticipated his retirement years would end up like this. His social security income barely covers his monthly expenses, and he does not qualify for government assistance. He never thought he would have to rely on a food pantry to get him through, but he does. Sam is grateful a CROS food pantry is available to him so he can get the nourishment he needs.
Consider making your Gift of Hope in honor of someone special. We can send them a special card acknowledging your gift.
