Our Employee Campaign Manager of the Year award was presented to the team at Qualified Staffing Services for their leadership and commitment to the campaign.
Jim Cross, long-time United Way board member and community advocate received the honor of our Harry S. Lund Outstanding Volunteer Award for his service to the organization in multiple capacities over several years. This award is presented each year by the past year's award recipient. State Senator Horn visits STEM AmeriCorps Site
On April 20, our STEM AmeriCorps site at the YMCA had a special guest, State Senator Ken Horn. The students along with Senator Horn participated in activities that demonstrated the chemical household properties, such as soap.
