B lunch invoices are coming home Friday.  
PLEASE PLEASE pay the amount AND include monies for any lunches that will be eaten next week, Monday, Tuesday &/or Wednesday.  Thanks!

School Fees
Please check parent portal under fines and fees to make sure all fees are paid in full for the the 2016-17 school year.
We will send home invoices for outstanding fees on Monday, May 15th.  All outstanding fees must be paid my May 18th.

2017-18 Calendar
A complete school calendar will be emailed out around registration time. The school will not be printing off hard copies and sending them home with the registration.
Here are some dates for the 2017-18 School Year.

School starts Tuesday, August 15th.
Thanksgiving Break November 22-24th.
Christmas Break December 21-January 3rd.
Easter Break March 29-April 2nd.
School Ends May 18th.

Summer Blast Off Details
SUMMER BLAST-OFF

Get ready for a day of fun in the sun and games to celebrate another great school year coming to an end!
 
Students will need to pack a SACK LUNCH and DRINK as the cafeteria will be closed.
 
This is a DRESS DOWN DAY!!
Students may get wet during some of the outside activities, so keep that in mind. A little sunscreen is also encouraged.

ASC Aides 2017-18 School Year
We are needing After School Care help for Monday through Friday 3:05 to 5:30 p.m. each day school is in session. The job entails supervising the children in grades K thru 8 th &, helping provide a safe, Christian environment. Great job for any retired individual, college student or high school student. Yearbook
Forms are due back by May 19th.

The yearbook will be given out at Open House next school year, and 8th grade students need to make arrangements to get their yearbook, in August at Open House.

Scrip/Fundraising
 
Scrip will be available one time during the summer. I will be at St. Peter on Saturday, July 9 from 6-7:00 p.m. and again on Sunday, July 10 from 8-11:30 a.m. to collect orders. On Saturday, July 16 and Sunday, July 17, I will be at St. Peter during the same time frame to hand out filled orders. If you wish to place an order and will not be available during that time, please call me at 573-690-6155 and we can make arrangements.

2017-18 After School Care Registration
Registration for After School Care is available for next year, 2017-18. Please see the link below for the registration form. Print it off, fill out one per student, and return by May 19th. First come, first enrolled. We are limiting students this year to 165 total and we can only take 35 junior high. This is a change from previous years when we tried to take all who need the service, but can not accommodate any more than this. Thank you to all who have completed your Stewardship of Time, Talent and Treasure forms. There are many St. Peter families who have not returned their form.
A courtesy letter was mailed from the school on March 17th if you have not met all the requirements of an active parishioner.
Please call the Parish Office to get a form sent to you, or go w ww.stpeterjc.org, click on Fr. Charlie and you will find Stewardship 2016 under the "Parish Forms" link.
This is one of the facets of Active Parishioner status at St. Peter Parish, and a great way to get involved and meet other members of our parish family! Please call the Parish Office if you have any questions.
