'SHIR APPEAL' Visit - January 12th
We're excited to announce that at  7:30 pm on Friday, January 12th we will be welcoming back the wonderful  Shir Appeal, an award-winning Jewish acappella group from Tufts University!

Shir Appeal will fill our Shabbat service with music and ruach (spirit)!  We hope that you will join!

Men's Club Business Networking Group

The primary goal of the first session of our new Business Networking Group  (Sunday, January 21 at 9:30 am)    will be to break the ice, enable members to get to know each other and each other's businesses, and establish expectations for the group going forward.

We'll start with a series of short activities led by Mike Bonheim designed to help members identify their needs, and from those needs define their goals and objectives for the networking series.

We will then have a period of "structured engagement, "a strategically designed group activity that will facilitate directed networking and interaction."

Our second session will be led by John Prins (Sunday, February 11 at 9:30 am).  A family's values, passed down through the generations, afford family members the confidence to be able to say, "And that's what it means to be a Goldberg!" Or, a "Nicholson would never do that!" They make us who we are.

John's interactive presentation will demonstrate the how and why those values  are so key to developing an organization's  shared values. He will facilitate a discussion of a) what comes next, b) the return on the investment of time and energy, and (c)  how a values-based planning experience  paves the way to meaningful strategic planning and contributes to a rich, healthy and  productive company culture.

Our third and every session after will be formatted with your ideas. They will start with each interested congregant speaking for 2 or 3 minutes followed by a Q&A and finishing with a networking session. Looking forward to hearing back from you

This Men's Club business networking group is open to both men and women. Coffee and ... will be served throughout these sessions.
Do a Mitzvah in Your Sleep!

By participating in this mitzvah you are helping to provide a warm place for people to spend the night during the coldest time of the year. Without us supporting this project, two dozen people might be out on the street looking for a place to huddle for the night. Please help!
