CURRICULUM: Are you a leader? Do you have what it takes to be an effective leader? Successful leaders think, see, and communicate differently. They look toward the future to know how things should be and are continuously developing themselves and those around them. The benefit of taking this course is that that you will be given tools and strategies to equip you to be effective in your leadership role. This is the first segment of the No-Nonsense Leadership 40 hour boot camp and during this intensive and interactive three-day seminar we will discuss the following challenges and provide proven strategies for leaders in the workplace today.
ATTIRE: Business professional or business casual. No shorts or t-shirts.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Anyone presently in a leadership position, those newly promoted to leadership, or those that are simply interested in understanding what it takes to be an effective leader in today’s changing work environment.
REQUIREMENT: Student must complete a two-part online assessment prior to the class. The assessment link to complete will be sent via email approximately 10 days before the class after payment has been received and enrollment has been confirmed.
COST: Early bird price of $499.00 is valid until the date shown above. After the above date the cost to attend goes to the normal price of $599.00 per student. Seating is limited.
INSTRUCTOR: Lisa Gilbert, BS, CPBA, CPMA, CPTA, CPDA and CEO of No-Nonsense Training Solutions, Inc. is a graduate of the Florida State University with a B.S. in Psychology. She holds certifications as a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Certified Anger Management Specialist and is an Adjunct Professor with Broward College IPS. She is a nationally sought-after consultant and leadership and professional development facilitator that has successfully trained and coached hundreds of Corporate, Non-Profit, Government staff and leaders as well as Law Enforcement personnel, sworn and civilian staff and command staff personnel for over 15 years.
Cancellation Policy: Class registrations are not confirmed until payment is received in full. Deadline to cancel and receive a refund for this class is January 31, 2018. If enrollee cancels less than 14 days before the training date, they will be rescheduled to the next available training for this class or date of their choosing. Student substitutions with out additional fee are accepted for last minute changes as long as the original student has not completed the assessment.
