April 21, 2017

I'm enjoying a few days off, this week after Easter.  It's all been about "the list":  the things I don't have time to get done in the usual week.  At this point, there's only one item left!  Let's see if I can get it done today...  See you next week!

Peace,

Rev. Cindy

Visioning Meeting

Sunday, April 30, 10:30 am

Does our design concept meet your dreams and visions for UCCB? The Master Plan Team has baselined a design concept for our North Star Vision project. We will roll this out at the Visioning Meeting on April 30th after service from 10:30-1pm. There will be plenty of time to listen, discuss, question and sound off about the various features of the design for our renovated facilities.  And there will be lunch. We will follow-up with smaller feedback sessions throughout the Spring.
NYAJ Mission Trip Fundraiser

Do you like to eat? Do you like to support the UCCB Youth Mission Trip? Then we have the opportunity for you!

Every Tuesday in April, 15% of your bill at Not Your Average Joe's in Acton will be donated to the UCCB Youth Mission Trip. Just tell your server you want to support the UCCB Mission Trip (or pick up a certificate from the church as a reminder - you don't need the certificate, but you MUST tell your server). Thank you for supporting the 2017 trip to Vermont!

Renovation Food Drive

On May 7 we will celebrate the newly reopened Acton Food Pantry (located in Boxborough) with a stock-the-shelves food drive! See below for the pantry's spring wish list. Please bring your contributions with you on May 7 (or earlier). The Acton Food Pantry is an incredible program, helping our neighbors week after week. We're glad to partner with them.
