Update: One Million Pairs of Socks
Watch Our One
Million
Pairs of Socks Video
Many people may take a basic necessity like clean socks for granted, but for many individuals and families this may be a luxury.
Socks and underwear are the most requested clothing items at shelters and organizations across the country.
To help alleviate this problem, Isaac Ash, the president and CEO of United Legwear & Apparel, had a vision. Isaac challenged his competitors to pledge one million pairs of socks for people in need. Working with the American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA) and its members, we launched our effort on October 10, 2016 - World Homeless Day.
Donors so far include:
DSW Inc., Gold Medal International, Gymboree, High Point LLC, No Nonsense, Planet Sox, Renfro Corporation, TTI Global Resources, and United Legwear & Apparel Co.
, among others.
Working together to make a difference, we have been able to collect over 941,809 pairs of socks to help people in need so far. We are thankful to our product donors who have been a part of the journey to collect One Million Pairs of Socks. If your team or community would like to donate new socks, please contact Carla Fattal at
Carla@DonateProduct.com.

Thanks to our amazing product donor
Toy Industry Foundation, K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers brought smiles to many faces
with their generous donation of Bandalooms.
At a distribution event (in Phoenix, Arizona), with community partner Grove Community Church, the children were thrilled to receive the toys.
"I don't know who was more excited! Me, when a 52-foot truck pulled up filled with toys, or the kids getting them,
" exclaimed Becky Turnage, Programs Manager , Grove Community Church.
The Bandalooms, donated from the Toy Industry Foundation, will be distributed to 50 churches in the area, most of them serving families who cannot afford brand new toys.

Cuddl Duds National Hug Day Distribution with NCCD |
Komar brand Cuddl Duds recently brought some cozy warmth to children and moms at our partner agency Northside Center for Child Development (NCCD) in New York City. In January, part of our National Hug Day promotion with Cuddl Duds included the donation of new, warm layering apparel for kids and women, and the Cuddl Duds team came in person to distribute the new product. NCCD celebrated a diverse array of cultures through song and dance as nine Head Start classes performed for parents on March 22.
"For the third consecutive year, we are proud of our continued commitment to supporting K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers and the communities which they serve, through the Cuddl Duds National Hug Day event," said David Komar, Chief Marketing Officer, Komar. "This year, it was an honor to visit the Northside Center for Child Development for their Multi-Cultural Celebration and to embrace the positive spirit of the day and the children's performances, with Cuddl Duds product donations for the families who attended."
After the children performed, parents met with Cuddl Duds staff Alexandra Karcev and Elizabeth Spektor as they helped them to find the right sizes for boys, girls or moms. David Komar, a principal with the third-generation family company, spoke briefly to the parents about the company's charitable efforts to help people in need, and his family's history. Thanks to Komar and Cuddl Duds for helping bring some warmth to families served by the NCCD.

Every baby deserves a safe place to sleep. Unsafe sleeping environments are a major cause of sudden unexpected infant deaths each year.
The Delta Children Safe Sleep Campaign is an ongoing nationwide effort to educate parents about creating safe sleeping conditions for their children.
On March 24, 2017. Delta Children and K.I.D.S/Fashion Delivers partnered with the Northside Center
to share important information with the moms and expecting moms about
building safe environments for their infants to sleep.
The Northside Center for Child Development is a community partner dedicated to providing early childhood development. They provide therapeutic home and early intervention services to children birth to age 3. The morning consisted of
a safe sleep demonstration from Joe Shamie, president of Delta Children's Products, the donation of 25 Pack 'N Plays for the families, and a tour of the Northside Center for Development.
As a part of the brand ethos, Delta Children is committed helping the moms who attended the event create safe sleeping environments for their infants.
One expecting mom, Angelina Castaneda (pictured above), won a new crib and mattress for her newborn. To date, Delta Children has donated over $3 million of product to help families in need.
