tman23 says():IF you go back and research articles on "Lifting the 3 zeros".....They would say at the start of the year......then some committee would say it is not the time and they wanted to delay it until June......
 
This happened 2 times as I recall......... And Saleh said: not in the middle of a quarter or the middle of the year.....New currency and lifting 3 zeros must start at the beginning of the year............
 
SO ASSUMING SALEH KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT....We roll with that !! Kuwait in May of 2014 introduced a new series of notes......they released them in June 2014......
