- Each year commercial real estate agents and firms all over the country are spotlighted to show the "best of the best" based on those who have closed the highest transaction volumes in property sales or leases within their respective markets.
The Gilbert Group of Columbus, Ohio and its team members, have been selected by CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP), to receive the CoStar Power Broker and CoStar Top Firm Awards.
For 6 consecutive years, The Gilbert Group qualified as the only retail-specific commercial brokerage firms in Columbus, Ohio based on overall leasing transactions closed throughout the past year. In order to be selected for this honor, the comprehensive transaction volumes were evaluated by CoStar against other commercial real estate brokerage firms active in its region, and subsequently ranked among the top firms in the market.
In addition to the top firm award, five of the ten individuals recognized in the retail Top Broker category were members of our team. The following Gilbert Group agents were honored:
