Rise Together offering opportunity for superb leadership development program
Let's support the leaders who will build our communities
There has never been a more important time to support leaders in our communities as they work to make a difference.

Rise Together is accepting applications for the 2018 Leadership for Equity & Opportunity(LEO) program. The deadline to apply with scholarship consideration is January 5, 2018, so please don't delay.

This is a Bay Area learning-in-action program that equips community change makers from all sectors to produce results for systemic and equitable change.
This program is facilitated by Dr. Monica Sharma, author of Radical Transformational Leadership and former Director of Leadership and Capacity Development for the United Nations, and is specifically designed to increase the impact of any change maker committed to creating equitable results in their workplace and the community.

This is a great opportunity to:
  • Develop your personal leadership skills
  • Advance your projects to the next level of impact
  • Break through barriers to effectively work with team and partners
  • Develop new partnerships for equitable and sustainable results
  • Tackle tough issues related to equity in our community
  • Meet other change makers and collaborators from across the Bay Area who are tackling some of our most vexing community issues
Who should apply?  The program is appropriate for all levels of leadership and experience. Executives and Heads of State have benefited as much as students or community advocates - and we need all levels to work together to create change.

Let's do all we can to build the local leaders who will help make Contra Costa County healthier and more equitable.
Sincerely,
John
