NEVER AGAIN TO ANYONE, ANYWHERE

Have you ever been to Manzanar, the Japanese-American internment camp in the shadow of the Sierra-Nevada mountain range? Saturday, April 29th is your chance to attend the annual pilgrimage to Manzanar.

This year's Pilgrimage will commemorate 75 years since President Franklin D. Roosevelt  signed Executive Order 9066, which authorized the unjust incarceration of more than 110,000 Japanese Americans and their immigrant parents in American concentration camps and other confinement sites during World War II.

Our former Executive Director, Shakeel Syed, had a insightful experience on his visit in 2008. Read his reflections here.

To experience this and more, join the pilgrimage this year and  register here.  If you can't join, please consider a donation to the Manzanar committee to help them continue educating the public on our Government's injustices to it's citizens.
