 Holy Smoke BBQ
Our 54th annual Holy Smoke BBQ will take place on Saturday, April 22, with pick-up from 4:00-6:00 pm. Our BBQ plates have a fantastic reputation, but if you haven't yet heard or experienced our BBQ, let me tell you: Each plate is generously filled with over a half pound of smoked sliced top sirloin, smothered with our tangy BBQ sauce, paired with homemade coleslaw, ranch style beans cooked on site in a 50-gallon drum over a fire, buttered corn-on-the-cob, two slices of bread, onions, pickles, and jalapenos. Tickets are $12.50 apiece and that is a delicious deal! We would love to have you assist our efforts by:
  • Sponsoring a level on our Stanley the Steer BBQ mascot in the hallway of the school (your family's or business's name will be listed on the back of the t-shirts);
    forms are due Wed., April 12 if you'd like your name listed on back of the t-shirt.
  • Selling or buying more tickets than the required 8 tickets;
  • Helping with the BBQ preparations the evening before from 5:00-7:00; or the entire night before smoking meat with the men from 7:00 pm Friday to 10:00 a.m. Saturday; or the day of, serving plates from 3:00-6:00 pm; or for clean-up, from 6:00-7:30 pm.

BBQ Cobbler Orders

We are taking orders for Mr. Skalitsky's delicious homemade family size apple or peach cobblers. The very same delicious peach cobblers that were served at the GALA!
