Boca Raton campus information sessions will be held in the Undergraduate Admissions Theatre (SU 80, room 125) from  5:00 - 6:15 p.m.

David and Sandy Lowe Scholarship 
The David and Sandy Lowe scholarship is available for students whose parents or grandparents are current or retired FAU faculty or staff. The scholarship requires a current FAFSA and a 3.0 GPA. It is open to FAU sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Applications can be accessed online through the Money Matters tab in MyFAU  Scholarships close Monday, May 1.
 

Career Living Community applications now open

Are you an upcoming sophomore interested in gaining internship experience? The Career Living Community is a program offered through the FAU Career Center in partnership with the Department of Housing and Residential Life. Through this program, students will be eligible for placement in a paid ($10/hr) on-campus internship. Students will become exposed to a variety of resources to help in career preparations and gain valuable experience that will set them apart from their peer.

FAU Receives $1M to Name the Leon Charney Diplomacy Program
Florida Atlantic University has received a $1 million gift from the family of Leon Charney to name the Leon Charney Diplomacy Program within FAU's Peace Justice and Human Rights Initiative.


FAU Designated as a Hispanic-Serving Institution
FAU has received federal designation as a Hispanic-Serving Institution, which only is awarded to colleges and universities with enrollment of full-time Hispanic undergraduate students of at least 25 percent.

 
Free Flu Shots 
Free flu shots are available to all registered FAU students while supplies last. FAU students should go to the Student Health Services clinic on the Boca Raton, Davie, or Jupiter campuses to get their free flu shots or call  561-297-3512 for more information.
