Hands-On Chicken Processing Clinic

This is a hands-on clinic where you will learn how to process your own broiler chicken. Two qualified instructors and Dot Perkins from the UNH Corporate Extension will provide hands-on, step by step instructions on how to process a chicken. You will go home with a broiler ready to cook or freeze. Sign up early, space is limited.
