Join CareerLink at the Chamber office as they discuss the availability for On-The-Job Training (OJT) Funds for businesses in South Central PA!
  • Offset up to 50% of the wages of a new employee hired through the Workforce Investment Opportunity Act OJT Program
  • Receive up to $5,500 per employee
  • Receive free referrals of candidates from CareerLink® to fill job openings
  • Employers make the hiring decision
  • CareerLink® Business services rep walks you through the process and acts as the liaison between the employer and the funding agency
This is a great service available to you, as a central PA business. Why not get some help with the high cost of training a new employee! This event is FREE to Chamber members but registration is requested.

Here's a great opportunity to share your experience while sharing in some local treats. HACC, Lebanon Campus is hosting a Business After Hours this Thursday beginning at 4:00 pm. (earlier than a traditional BAH) and lasting until 6:00 pm. Students will be in attendance looking for input and guidance from you, our community leaders.
