We now offer Functional Movement screening as part of our personal training consultations, however, for a short time only we're opening them up to all for just £25. Used by athletes and professional sports stars, this test is at the forefront of performance optimisation. We think it's safe to say Box Bitch's success floored us all. Boxing trainer and burlesque superstar, Lily Priggs, delivered an empowering night of bad ass moves mixed with high energy fun. Serious but sassy, it brought the fox and the fighter out in all who attended. Recent headlines are bang on, the future is most definitely female. We're thrilled to announce that Lily will continue to reign supreme at Transition Zone and will be taking over the Tuesday night boxing slot from April 11th. Get up close and personal to her. Claire has secretly been working on a rather exciting project in Egypt, which we can finally reveal. Straight after Easter, Claire and Kasha are off to curate and oversee a pop up retreat in a luxury development in Cairo! It's a six day event that will see them hosting classes, dishing out expert advice and overseeing the Pop up Recovery Cafe. For the people of Cairo it's a chance to get a taste of London's leading edge fitness, and we're delighted to be involved. Look out for videos and photo updates on Instagram and Facebook.
