34th Annual Health Awareness Day

This year's theme is "Treasure Your Health--It Matters." The day will feature free health screenings by local nurses, doctors and specialists; informational workshops; one-on-one Q&A with doctors and other medical specialists; cooking demonstrations by local chefs; exercise sessions including yoga and Zumba and an outdoor farmer's market!
