Natalie Springer, Veritas Fine Homes, Inc.
Years back, Natalie was working as a loan processor, handling construction loans (amongst a million other things) and thinking "...if I could just find a contractor to work with..."
Celebrating a year with Veritas Fine Homes, Inc., Natalie has found her dream job. She has a deep respect for the values that Troy and his team possess and believes that the name Veritas (meaning Truth), represents this company to a T.
As a Project Coordinator and design support, Natalie has a diverse and fulfilling job. She assists with marketing, client relations, assists with pre-construction permitting, and consulting on interior design with finish selections. She works with coordinating the timing of projects to ensure that every detail comes in as planned. After all, timing is everything! Natalie shared with me that in working with the client, the first step is to determine their function and mood for the space whether it be entertaining, family time, or relaxing... From here the team directs them for their style and budget to harmonize the whole project turning their vision and dream into reality.
Joining the Board of the HBASC has brought Natalie a higher insight to the issues and challenges of the industry. Through networking opportunities, she has met many of our creative members, getting to better know these professionals so that she can find the best match to serve her clients.
Enjoying an active life with her husband and 2 dogs, she is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Hiking, biking, camping, paddle boarding, golf, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and gardening are the things that keep her busy outside of work. And, if she isn't busy enough, Natalie is currently studying Interior Design Classes at the New York Institute of Art & Design.
