Assistant Manager Scott Pierson, among his other duties, oversees the Co-op Deli Department. He makes sure the selections in the Deli Department are not only good for your belly but have the great tastes that you expect from a Co-op Deli.

Y ou can pick up things like stuffed Grape Leaves, Curried Chickpea Salad, Spinach & Artichoke Noodles or a Garden Salad. You might want to select a Hummus Dip or a Bean Dip or a Guac Dip to scoop out with the large selection of dipping chips available at the Co-op. Scott has an interesting selection of sandwiches such as Vegan Field Roast, Scott's Buffalo Seitan, that staple Matt's Cheese Sammie, Chipotle Chicken and for a wrap Scott has the popular Thai Wrap pictured left. Scott knows it's good because he had it for lunch!
