Cost

  • $165 for ASCE members - early bird rate prior to April 14th
  • $190 for non-ASCE members -early bird rate prior to April 14th
  • For the 2017 Seminar, a special rate for Government Agencies of $85 per Agency Employee who are ASCE Members is in effect.  For Agency Employees who are not members of ASCE, the rate is $105.
  • Registrations after Aprili 14, 2017 will incur an additional $20 fee.
  • If you are currently unemployed, please contact Patty Therrien for a special rate.

All proceeds of this event go toward student engineering scholarships.

Your sponsorship is very important to the success of our seminar!  Sponsor Receives Space For A One-Page Color (10x7.5) Advertisement.  A slide show presentation of Sponsor advertisements will be displayed during select times of the seminar (e.g. during registration, breaks, etc.).  Sponsor logos will be displayed on large format boards posted in the entryway and the back cover of the seminar proceedings.

Cost - $500

Each exhibitor will receive admission for one (1) person and be provided one six (6)-foot table and one (1)-110v outlet (10 amps). Each exhibitor receives space for a one-page color (10 X 7.5) advertisement.  A slide show presentation of exhibitor advertisements will be displayed during select times of the seminar (e.g. during registration, breaks, etc.).  Exhibitor logos will be displayed on large format boards and the back cover of the seminar proceedings.
