The Critical Importance of Legend and Lore

Join us April 20, 8-9:30 am at the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber, 101 State Street W, Oldsmar as we discusses the importance of formally capturing the wisdom of your business practices.

Getting your best practices captured (and bad practices codified and eliminated) is especially critical as we approach the 'silver tsunami' in both our workforce and management combined with the increasingly rapid changes in technology.

The machines, no matter how sophisticated, are the tools. But, the wisdom behind the management and leadership of your business is both timeless and priceless. Spend one of the more important hours of your year engaging in this dialogue. Couple great quotes to motivate you. "Those that cannot remember history are doomed to repeat it", and, "History repeats itself because nobody was listening the first time". It pays to listen!!

2017 Advanced Manufacturing Summit

The Upper Tampa Bay Manufacturing Association has joined with Career Source Pinellas and Career Source Tampa Bay to present our 2017 Advanced Manufacturing Summit, Wednesday May 1, 11am - 1 pm. Manufacturers Association Resource Guide

At the roundtable we heard many comments along the lines of 'I didn't know that', 'I wish I would have know that' and how do find out about that'. So we have developed a resource guide which will have a permanent spot on this newsletter to try and help out.
