See you in the Circle!
WINTER MARKET WEEK #6

It's been a roller coaster Winter Market! Two weeks ago our farmers' teeth were chattering, their table cloths were blowing off their tables, and Fieldstone's hot water actually froze! And if you remember, two weeks prior to that, folks were strolling the circle in seventy degree temps. It looks like Spring wins tomorrow and we're in for some more balmy weather. So come join us and stock up on fresh, locally produced food straight from our farmers, makers, and bakers!

We have a full vendor line-up this week!

Did you Know...

Lasy year Farmer Nate of Breakaway Farms traveled to Italy to learn the ancient art of charcuterie. Have you tried Breakaway's masterfully prepared salami and pepperoni? Enjoy some with a loaf of crusty bread from Flour Shop Bakery, and a chunk of cheese from Valley Milkhouse!

Kudos
Valley Milkhouse took home THREE ribbons at the Pennsylvania Farm Show this year! Lady's Slipper, Blue Bell and Thistle were all winners. Congrats to Stefanie and her merry band of cheese makers!

This Week's Featured Vendors

Valley Milkhouse

Yogurt is back!!!

That's right. Stefanie's creamy and ultra tart yogurt is back in rotation for the spring and summer season! Filled with 100% grass fed certified organic milk and loads of probiotics, the glass jar, cream top yogurt is a best seller at EFM all summer long. Enjoy it with something sweet for breakfast, or whip it into a savory snack with autumn's dried herbs and garlic. It also makes a great dollop of crema for tacos, soups and stews.

In other news: Valley cultured butter is a new and improved recipe that has a richer flavor. Be sure to taste a sample on Saturday to see what all the buzz is about!

Note: Valley Milkhouse is no longer giving a cash refund for jar returns. Yogurt is $6 per 32 oz jar.

Breakaway Farms

Breakaway Farms is at market this week with all of the amazing Grass Fed, Pastured, Meats that you love! Choose from roasting chickens, juicy pork chops, or with Saturday's Summer like temps, how about a steak or some burgers for the grill? Try the Salt n Pepper chicken sausage, it's an EFM Manager's favorite! Oh, and don't forget the BACON! Come stock up your freezers because they won't be back again for 2 weeks.
