Our Story is Your Story

Fifteen years ago, just after CMS posted the final rule on patient privacy, we set out to create a system that would change private duty homecare services for the better.

Over the years we have identified over two dozen people with unique skills to join the Generations team. Most are very technical, some are bi-lingual, and all share a passion for giving our clients the best service possible. We realize that when we do our jobs well, you're able to do great things in the communities you serve.

We will continue on the path we forged years ago, organically growing our user base and our team. Being a privately owned company, we feel we are better able to focus on the user experience, and respond quickly to feedback from our clients. We hope you enjoy using Generations and want you to know we appreciate the opportunity to work with each and every one of you. Together we are writing the story of private duty homecare and making homecare the fastest growing segment in the service industry.

Congratulations for being part of something truly special.

Updates, Updates, Updates
Spring 2017 Update-Pending
It's been a LONG time coming but Generations electronic signature, wound tracking and custom care notes are almost ready!  Soon you'll be able to have caregivers, and optionally clients, sign via a tablet or mobile app. This e-signature can be used on the completed task report, a new wound note and a custom care note. This new functionality enables providers to recreate specific forms in Generations that are required by payers and capture actual signatures at the end of a shift. See in real time who has completed care notes and who has not. Track newly discovered wounds, attach a photo, and track throughout the healing process. Stay tuned for dates of live webinars to learn more about this new functionality available to our clients that want to truly go paperless.

Measure Your Client Satisfaction
Available for Generations Telephony Subscribers
Quality Assurance. If you use Generations Telephony, you already have access to this functionality. The most important thing you can do, besides sending a reliable and trustworthy caregiver, is to monitor client levels of satisfaction. We recommend doing this each time you send a new caregiver and then periodically thereafter. The frequency is up to you, and the results are invaluable.
