Weekly Newsletter
Dear St. George Families,
With Good Friday and Easter Break upon us and the current school year closing in on the final stretch. I want to let you know about some changes to the staff at St. George School.
I am not fond of saying goodbye, but I would rather say, "until we meet again" The following teachers will be leaving SGS at the conclusion of the school year. I know you will join me in wishing them the best in the future.
Mrs. Fox (1st) will be having a baby in the coming months and will be staying home to raise her child. Mrs. LeDuff has made the decision to leave St. George to pursue other professional opportunities. Mrs. Griggs will be leaving her second grade position to become our permanent substitute. Mrs. Samson currently one of our third grade teachers has agreed to move to second grade to fill one of the open positions. Mrs. Adams (2
nd) is also having a baby and will be staying home to raise her child. Mrs. Kiley (4
th) who has just left for her maternity leave will not be returning to St. George next year, but we expect to see her around school next year as a substitute teacher. Mrs. Hartung (5
th) will also be pursuing other professional opportunities.
We are well on the way in our hiring process and have hired some incredible teachers to succeed those that will be moving on from St. George.
God has a plan for all of us. Please keep all of these people in your prayers as new opportunities unfold for them in the coming months. They have been a blessing to us at SGS.
God bless,
Jack Nelson
