EQ Honours 2017 Hall of Fame Recipient Larry Brydon
EnerQuality is pleased to announce this year's Hall of Fame inductee is Larry Brydon, VP Business Development with Cricket Energy. The award will be presented at the Housing Innovation Forum & Awards on February 22, 2018.
Larry has been in the HVAC distribution and energy services market for more than 25 years. A past chair of Sustainable Buildings Canada and the Toronto Chapter of the Canada Green Building Council, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Efficiency Alliance and EnerQuality.
Larry has contributed to a number of high-profile initiatives including the LEED Canada for Neighbourhood Development, ENERGY STAR for New Homes, and ENERGY STAR for Multi-family Mid/High-Rise Buildings.
On February 22, 2018, Tom Rand will present the keynote to the leaders of the high performance building industry gathering to learn about being In The [K[Nnow at the Housing Innovation Forum & Awards.
His keynote address will be part of a day featuring sessions on important topics in high performance building.
Rand is the best-selling author of "Waking the Frog," a Cleantech venture capitalist, Senior Advisor at the MaRS Discovery District, recent appointee to the Ontario Climate Action Group, and a regular contributor to CBC's On the Money.

January 16-18, 2018, EnerQuality will be offering the
Foundation Level & Energy Advisor training. This workshop is designed to prepare energy advisors for the EnerGuide Rating System version 15 Foundation Level and Energy Advisor exams. It is also a step towards becoming an Energy Advisor in the ENERGY STAR for New Homes and Net Zero programs.
It will be taught by Andy Oding and Toby Smith of Building Knowledge.
