IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

The H-F Library and the Friends of the Library Club held a holiday school-wide event on Dec. 7: Holiday Harry Potter! The event helped celebrate the 20th anniversary of J.K. Rowling's first Harry Potter book, which was published in 1997. More than 50 students attended the event, where they enjoyed games, activities and food that were all based on the book and film series! The library also had brand new Harry Potter-themed books on display available for checkout, including one written by the British Library and the newly re-released illustrated versions of the Harry Potter books, illustrated by Jim Kay.
