Gone, but not forgotten...

Chatham Street Cafe was a small restaurant in Downtown Cary, and our very first commercial account.  We made a great house blend for them, and when they closed, we thought about retiring or renaming the coffee. But by that time, it had become hugely popular, and it was a good way of remembering our friends there, too.

Full bodied, with a big, earthy flavor profile. Hints of tobacco, dusky leather, and chocolate, with subtle spices and sweetness reminiscent of root beer. Smokey roast flavors in the finish.

Costa Rica Tarrazu Don Roberto
 
On a family vacation to Costa Rica, New Year's, 2009-2010, we visited the Tarrazu Don Roberto family farm.  After touring the farm and tasting the coffee, we knew we needed this coffee in our repertoire.  It has been a favorite with our family and our customers ever since.

Simple, sweet, balanced. Cocoa powder, honey.

Exciting news...Muddy Dog V3 is getting ready to launch!  Above is a snapshot of our new website.  We are currently tweaking and making sure everything is working to our satisfaction.  It should be up and running by the end of next week! 

In other news, the UNC Wellness Center location of the  Western Wake Farmers Market will be reopening on SUNDAY, May 7th from 10:00 am- 2:00 pm.  That's right, we will be participating in a Sunday market.  Customer attendance is extremely important to keep this market running.  Please consider visiting your local farmers market, wherever you live, and support local farmers and merchants.  Thank you!
