Dear St. Ignatius Families,
C:\Users\St. Ignatius\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE\8892391Q\28bzi4w[1].jpg Jesus has risen! I hope that all of our families enjoyed the holiday with prayer, food and great family times. In my family we shared fun times, laughter and good food with family and friends.

C:\Users\St. Ignatius\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE\8892391Q\Smiley_with_Camera[1].png Picture day is quickly approaching. Spring pictures will be taken on Wednesday, April 26 th at 9:00am. Students may dress up or casually depending on the parents' decision.
Eighth grade will have their individual and group graduation picture taken. Boys are to wear a white shirt with a tie suitable for a maroon robe along with dress pants, school pants are okay, and dress shoes, if possible. Girls are to wear a suitable dress or skirt and top with appropriate shoes, no high heels. The robe has a V neck with no collar. Girls are to wear something with a high neckline. All 8 th graders are invited to bring a sweat shirt or tee shirt from the high school that they will be attending. A picture will be taken with this top.

Should you NOT want your child to be a part of this lesson please see the Opt Out Letter and complete and return to school by April 24 th . Students not attending will be supervised in the Media Center.

Reminders:
Grades 5, 6, 7, and 8 will be out on Field Trips this Friday.
Trivia Night is Saturday, April 22 nd .
Grade 8 girls' letters for trying for May Queen are due Monday, April 24.
Students will attend an assembly on Tuesday called "Jump for Life."

Update: Mrs. Casey is home and recuperating. She will be out several more weeks. Please remember that I am covering classes for grades 4, 5, and 6. I will not be readily available to answer emails or phone calls. Please be patient. I will get back to you.

Spring Pictures:

Wednesday, April 26th, is Spring Picture Day; the students may dress up or down for their  pictures. The 8th graders will have their  pictures taken in their graduation robes. 

A paper picture packet will be sent home in advance of the day.

At that time, you do not need to send in a check or order form; the proofs will first be sent home and then you can decide whether or not you wish to order them. Online payment will also be available; more information will be sent out as well.


Barnes and Noble Book Fair

Wednesday, April 26th
6:00 PM-8:00 PM

Court @ Oxford Valley (210 Commerce Blvd, Fairless Hills, PA 19030)



     Summer reading books will be available for purchase as well as cupcake decorating!

     Other exciting activities at our book fair will include, teacher readings, special electronics and robotics for the upper grades, and of course, our special frappuccino drink designed by the 8th grade! Don't miss it!

      All purchases will help benefit the St. Ignatius School Media Center.
