Get Certified in the
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens Program (MBSR-T)
Stressed Teens is celebrating its 13th year. This evidence-based program has been serving the adolescent community for over a decade. This course is an intensive program that provides certification in the Stressed Teens program upon completing the ten week course.

This professional development program is intended for those who wish to deepen their mindfulness-based skills with adolescents. It is suggested for those interested in mindfulness from varying disciplines and background. Parents, educators, doctors, mental health and health professionals are welcome to attend.

In these transformational 10-week online certificate courses, Gina M. Biegel, MA, LMFT will provide in-depth training on the MBSR-T program.

Tailored specifically to meet the developmental needs of adolescents, the evidence-based MBSR-T approach uses language, references and stories relevant to adolescents - to help teens shift their perspective and become more aware of their intentions, attention and attitude.

Gina will guide you step-by-step through the 8-session systematic approach, fully preparing and certifying you to facilitate the MBSR-T program with your clients and students in clinics, schools and the community.
