"Improving your Mobility and Recovery, Means Improving Control over your Game and Minimizing Risk for Injury" - Amber Walker, Director WAVE Agility & Strength

Movement of the Month
Banded Box Blast:

Stretching the muscle quickly enables them to contract more powerfully when you jump. The brief transition between the stretch and the contraction is the amortization phase. The faster the amortization phase the more powerful the explosive phase will be. Adding the band increases muscle recruitment throughout full extension on every push.

The Leader Board

Congratulations to the athletes whose names have made it to the leader board - it is a testament to your hard work, dedication, and maybe a touch of natural athletic talent. A big shout out to the
Athlete of the Month Alexis Donovan
Beast Mode Haylee Stoner & Julia Kallen.
