Morning Session Option 2: "Making Connection Through Community Engagement"
Understanding how to make connections is critical if your organization is to grow and advance.  The Cedar/Riverside neighborhood is home to a unique array of emerging small businesses, and entrepreneurs - especially East Africa immigra nt businesses and non-profits.  Using Augsburg's connections to Cedar/Riverside (one of the most diverse communities in this region) participants will have a walking tour - exploring and engaging local business and nonprofit groups to learn about the rich mosaic that makes up this area.  Mary Laurel will introduce participants to local businesses and organizations to learn more about how knowing, understanding, and connecting to your neighborhood will have a positive impact on your organization.

Cybersecurity: We've Been Hacked! What Do We Do?
In our previous sessions on cybersecurity, we've covered cybersecurity threat awareness and steps you can take to protect your company.  But no data security program is airtight.  In this fourth and final installment of our series, we'll cover how to respond when you've experienced an attack.  What resources will you need?  What obligations do you have to notify others of the attack?  How do you work with law enforcement?  How do you limit and remediate damage?  How do you get back to normal operations?

Emily Duke, of CyberSmartâ„¢ Law, LLC and Mary Franz, of Enterprise Knowledge Partners, make an encore performance to discuss these issues and answer your questions.
