Allentown Band Concert
to  Benefit the Liberty Bell Museum

This year's program, selected by Allentown Band director Ronald Demkee, features musical selections composed by women such as Anne McGinty's Riversong and Ethel Barns' Swing Song.  Many of the other pieces are by well-known male composers such as John Phillip Sousa and Mark Camphouse, but they are all based on the theme of women.

This year, prior to the Allentown Band concert we will have a wine and lite fare reception in the museum.  Everyone is invited to this reception, but tickets must be purchased in advance.  You will have time to catch up with friends and then hear a little bit about what the museum has been doing throughout the year.  Members will also be asked to cast their ballot to elect board members.  The reception will begin at 1:30 p.m. and end prior to the start of the band concert at 3:00 p.m.

Tickets for the reception (which includes admission to the band concert) are $20 for members and $25 for non-members.  They can be purchased using the enclosed form.  If you are only interested in attending the band concert, tickets are $8 for members and $10 for non-members.
