Cohen & Gresser is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm's Corporate practice group with the addition of partner
Kwaku Andoh to our New York office. Kwaku joins the firm after fourteen years at JPMorgan Chase, where he served as Managing Director & Associate General Counsel, advising on over $10 billion in investments, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions for all JPMorgan Chase lines of business worldwide, including in the technology and fintech sectors. Kwaku previously practiced with Fenwick & West LLP in Palo Alto and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, where he focused on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Kwaku's practice will continue to focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, including cross-border transactions involving Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
