The Co-op's new produce tables were supplied by Evolution Store Fixtures.
Evolution's meticulous attention to detail, creative innovation and outstanding customer service are unparalleled in the industry. This is why the Co-op selected them to partner with on our center store merchandising project. It's the first time in Co-op history where the center store has all brand new fixtures. The produce tables are made of brown maple wood which was acquired from Racine, Wisconsin and specially made, size wise, for our Co-op.
Evolution was started by two partners who take great pride in the finished product.
The Co-op also enlisted the aid of National Cooperative Grocer's Josh Crone, Produce Specialist, to work with Reina Apraez, Co-op Produce Lead, on how to stock the new tables and arrange them for giving you, our shoppers, the best possible produce shopping experience.
