The Pilates Studio at The Chatham Club
The Pilates Method of
Body Conditioning

Pilates differs from traditional strength training in that it utilizes multiple muscle groups simultaneously, versus focusing on one group. The core, or "powerhouse" as Joseph Pilates referred to it (the muscles from underneath the shoulder blades and around the ribcage to the hips and pelvis), are always engaged in tandem with other arm or leg muscles, which creates stability and a strong foundation.
Pilates can also be used to supplement an existing exercise regimen of strength training or your cardiovascular routine.  The correct alignment principles taught by Pilates will only improve any fitness regimen.

Summer Camp Registration is Open!

The Summer Camp Program at The Chatham Club runs from early June through late August.
Our weekly summer squash camps provide young players with the opportunity to improve their squash games, train hard, make new friends and have a week of fun on and off the court. Our camps, while focusing on squash, will also offer our young athletes time to experience badminton, ping pong, soccer, and other fun activities.

Squash camp is even more fun with a friend - refer a friend to camp and save  up to 30% through our referral program.

Adult Squash

For an Amazing Workout, Give Squash a Try...

Squash is very much like tennis and paddle, except that you'll do a lot more running after the much less bouncy squash ball. Don't expect the ball to come back to you, you'll have to go to it!
You can get started with a private session or a class, with one of our world-class professionals.
They can loan you equipment, and get you playing and having fun, all while having the workout of your life. For more information.
