How to deck the halls bright when the budget is tight
Did you know that LED light strands are 70 percent more efficient than traditional standard bulbs? It's one of the reasons we urge you to consider replacing old strands with LED lights.These lights are more durable and last 10 times longer. LED lights also use up to 1/3 less power than incandescents, which can add up to savings on your electric bill.

Tournament raises $34,000 to support Roanoke Center 
Roanoke Electric Co-op's first inaugural Golf Classic Tournament has been deemed a great success. It raised more than $34,000 to further advance the mission and objectives for The Roanoke Center. To learn about why this comes as great news for this community, read more.

Deadline: Applications for Youth Tour trip due this Friday
More than 1,500 high school students from across the United States will gather in Washington D.C. next year for the Electric Cooperative Youth Tour. It's not too late to apply. The submission deadline is Dec. 22, 2017. Read more
 
TAKE NOTE
Announcement: Holiday office closings 
Co-op offices will be closed Dec. 25-26 for the Christmas holiday. Normal business operations will resume on Wednesday, Dec. 27. On Friday, Dec. 29, we will be conducting end-of-year procedures. During this time, no payments will be accepted. We will resume accepting payments on Jan. 2, 2018.
