Toshiba restructures… Third Generation continues Sales & Support
On March 21, 2017 Third Generation was informed that Toshiba is restructuring globally and is beginning to wind down its telecommunication systems business.
 
Third Generation will continue to support your existing Toshiba systems and customers may continue to enter into Service Assurance agreements with us.   We expect many of you will continue to depend on your Toshiba systems for years to come.  

Locally, Third Generation has significant inventory on-hand and our customers can continue to order Toshiba equipment and purchase licenses.  Toshiba will continue to support all warranty and maintenance obligations to customers through us as your dealer. 
 
With respect to VIPedge customers, Toshiba will continue to support the services in accordance with contract terms. For customers who wish to transition away from VIPedge service, Toshiba will waive early termination charges.  We are committed to facilitating a smooth transition for each of you.
