Dear Great Pyrenees Friends,

The response to help our desperate rescue PYR Pence has been nothing short of amazing. We cannot adequately thank the many that immediately stepped up with financial donations, ranging from $5 to $1,000, to cover our anticipated $10,000 medical costs to address Pence's numerous medical issues. Pence is currently recovering from his life saving treatments with our fabulous foster Robyn. He is slowly recovering and needs to continue to gain weight before further treatment. 110 wonderful people contributed over $13,000 for Pence's recovery. In seven years, this is by far the most GPRA has ever received to help one PYR.

Along with Liam and Susan, we are hoping Pence has recovered enough to attend Gentle Giants in the Park on Sunday April 23rd. We already have 75 PYRS and 150 humans signed up and we are expecting more than double that number so please RSVP at [email protected].  Gentle Giants in the Park will be a blast as we have much planned plus, someone will win $10,000 as we will draw the winning GPRA raffle ticket!!!
