Blessing the Waite Family This Sunday
The Waite family journeyed out from Alabama last September to experience living on mission for almost a year. They left their family, their church, their children's school, their business and even sold their home to experience living on mission for this period of time. They bought a large travel trailer traveled across America and camped out for several months at the Powless home (Ekklesia members) and then the last month at the Sound View Camp helping out the Goodman family with their new camp ministry. The Waites truly threw  themselves into the Ekklesia ministry and provided a great model of service during many of our community events. They blessed us with a great spiritual example of Christ-like love for the world and a humble servants attitude. Many of our families bonded closely with their children and family. They will be  truly missed but we have been so blessed by their presence with us.
This Sunday, Ekklesia will have a time of offering personal words of blessing to all the Waite family. You might consider your own personal words that express how you have been blessed by each one of them over the last seven months.

On Sunday, as part of our morning blessing all Ekklesia members are encouraged to bring a potluck dish to share. We will first eat together then have a time of worship and blessing with the Waite family.

Sound View Family Retreat was Great!
Last weekend around 40 people gathered out at Sound View Camp to enjoy a great time of relaxation, fun, great food, work and worship on Sunday morning. We were joined by friends from Idaho (Crisman family) and the Begins from Southern California.

The focus of our life is to love others and share our love for Jesus. The friends that have consistently supported our work are an amazing group of people that have stood by us these four years. This May Ekklesia will be four years old! Can you believe it? Thank for your prayers and faithful support!
