From south-west Colombia this coffee is bright tasting with a medium body.  Huila is a very fertile area of Colombia where the coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,800m above sea level. Unusual for a Colombian coffee, the Huila has a very low acidity and is surprisingly smooth.

Overtones of orange and lemon with a hint of a floral finish at the end of the cup.

As we were stacking green coffee on our racks, we discovered one sack of Ethiopia Harrar Fair Trade, Organic.  This is a rare find.  So, if you are a fan of Ethiopia Harrar and Fair Trade, Organic coffees, this one is for you.  Remember, there is only one sack!  Act fast because once it's gone, it's gone!

Harrar is a fabulous example of high desert coffee.  It is deep and rich, with a huge body and rustic cup character.
Big body.  Rustic.  Berry notes.

Folks who have stopped by the shop seem to like the way we rearranged the place.  For those of you farther away, hopefully you'll like some of our lower prices on our gear.  Lots of items, like our Bodum French presses and Hario range servers, are now at a discounted price.

Exciting news:  We have had the first glimpse of our new website.  It has a more modern look and feel, easier to navigate and, hopefully, no gremlins lurking in the background.  More tweaking needs to be done, but we hope to have the new site up and running by May or June!  Stay tuned!
