4th Annual Cars for Charity Event

What a great event!! Contact Ministries is so thankful to partner with Capital City Car Club who so graciously gave a preowned mini-van to a mom and her three children who graduated from our program. This donation will make the life of this family so much easier!



Volunteers of the Month
Thank you so much to our dedicated tutors that donate their time and energy every Tuesday to the children who live at Contact Ministries. These tutors not only help with homework and school projects but they act as role models to the children. This allows our children to see the value of education and doing well in school while developing new friendships.

Clothing Drive

 

The students at St. John's Hospital School of Nursing recently worked diligently to gather clothing from fellow students, staff, faculty and anyone who would donate. The result was over 25 bags of clothing of all sizes to be used in our Basement Boutique.

We Need Volunteers
Here at Contact Ministries we utilize volunteers in many areas.  From helping to sort, organize and assist clients in the Basement Boutique to childcare and meal delivery in the shelters. Our volunteers give numerous hours of their time to help us serve the people in need of Springfield and the surrounding area. We would not be able to offer all of the amazing services if it weren't for our volunteers. We are currently needing help in the Basement Boutique and in the shelter.
