Debra Squires-Lee will be speaking on "Case Law Developments" on Thursday, April 20th at 11:30 AM. The panel will discuss the  hottest new cases in lawyers liability, including, among other topics, examination of recent cases relating to whether legal malpractice claims may be pursued by assignment, subrogation, or as third party beneficiary.

Robert J. Muldoon, Jr., co-chair of Sherin and Lodgen's Professional Liability Group and a partner in the firm's Litigation Department, will receive the 2017 Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) Gold Medal Award at the MBA Annual Dinner, May 4th in Boston. 

The MBA's Gold Medal Award honors individuals who have provided outstanding legal services in Massachusetts.
