Dear Patron,

Due to the town's ongoing financial crisis, every department must explore every source of revenue possible. The era of extended loaning periods and no late fees was glorious, but we are returning to network standard loaning guidelines and late fee policies effective immediately. If you already have materials checked out, the previous policies apply. All loans henceforth, however, will be subject to the following policies:
  • Blu-Rays & DVDs have a loaning period of 7 days with 1 renewal. Daily late fees are $1.00, with a $5.00 maximum cap.
  • Magazines have a loaning period of 7 days with 1 renewal. Daily late fees are $0.10 with a $3.00 maximum cap.
  • Books (and most everything else) have a loaning period of 21 days with 1 renewal. Daily late fees are $0.10 with a $3.00 maximum cap.
