 The Cancer Support Group will meet at the church on Sunday, April 9, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. Jan Stegeman, R.N. and Barbara Cavallin, Ph.D. are the facilitators. Anyone who is dealing with cancer, has a friend or relative who is, or is dealing with the loss of a loved one from cancer, is encouraged to come for this inspirational, compassionate, uplifting time of devotion, information, sharing, caring and prayer. If you have any materials that you would like to share with the group, please bring them. Please email Barbara ([email protected]) or Jan ([email protected]) to let them know whether or not you will be able to come.

Easter Egg Hunt - Palm Sunday
CFM families are invited to join us this Sunday for our Easter Egg Hunt! We will start in St. Michaels Hall at 9:30 a.m. Weather permitting, we will be hunting outside so adults will need to stay with their kids. There will be fun family activities in St. Michaels Hall. We hope to see you all there!

 We are trying a new style of meeting for Learn, Laugh and Lunch on Wednesday, April 19. For this month only, we will be meeting at Sam and Louie's Pizza restaurant. The restaurant opens at 11:00 a.m. and our program will begin at 11:15 a.m. A pizza buffet lunch will follow the program. Cost of the lunch is $12.00 per person which includes all the pizza you can eat, a soft drink, tax and tip.
Our program will be presented by Jason Sydejko, a 5-time Emmy-nominated Meteorologist for KCCI TV-8 News. He joined the KCCI Storm Team in January 2015. His program will be about the hows and whys of weather in the Midwest.
Reservations are required for this program and must be called in or emailed to the church office before 10:30 a.m. on Monday, April 17, no exceptions.

Save the Date
 June 4th is Faith's Annual Outing to the I Cubs. Game tickets only $7 and will be available to purchase in May. Unfortunately we will not be having the BBQ fellowship prior to the game this year.

Mark your calendars! Dinner is served from 5:15 to 6:00. The cost is $5.00 for adults and $4.00 for 4 and under. What a deal for fellowship and good food! Special Faith Feast Nights April 19

Join us Wednesday, April 19, for a homemade pasta bar including red meat sauce and mac & cheese along with bread sticks, lettuce salad, baby carrots, fruit, brownies and rice krispy bars.
The following Wednesday, April 26, join us for pizza and ice cream to celebrate the end of the Faith Night activities.

Vacation Bible School Volunteers Needed!
 VBS at Faith will be June 11-15. VBS is a huge event at Faith and we will need many, many volunteers to pull it off! The youth will be on their synod mission trip at this time so we will be calling on even more members of the congregation to help us with this event. Please contact Michelle Zimmerman at [email protected] to volunteer. We have many needs ranging from pre-vbs craft prep, t-shirts, registration, decorations, kitchen/dinner help, classroom shepherd, crew leaders, teacher, games and more!
